Wikipedia ha guidato la mobilitazione con un oscuramento di 24 ore delle sue voci enciclopediche, votato dalla community: ha registrato 162 milioni di pagine viste. Google mostrava un link sulla sua edizione per gli Stati Uniti che apriva una petizione online da firmare: sono sette milioni le sottoscrizioni raccolte, segnala OReilly. Il sito d'informazione online ProPublica mostra sostenitori e avversari delle due bozze: i contrari e “gli inclinati al no” sono più del doppio rispetto a chi invece supporta Sopa e Pipa. In particolare, una banca dati permette di capire quali finanziamenti ricevono i singoli parlamentari, alla Camera dei rappresentanti e al Senato.

WILL fatherhood make me happy? That is a question many men have found themselves asking, and the scientific evidence is equivocal. A lot of studies have linked parenthood—particularly fatherhood—with lower levels of marital satisfaction and higher rates of depression than are found among non-parents.
